Houston Suing BP for Lost Sales Tax

The City of Houston has decided to sue BP for lost sales tax to the amount of $23 million dollars. This has been confirmed by City Attorney David Feldman as an informal agreement had not been reached. The London oil company's U.S. headquarters are located in Houston.
